thanks for all the remarks again, and thanks for keeping this blog alive and kicking (aye shiwei?) but nonetheless, please keep the comments coming and rolling! appreciate all your comments and ya, promise i'll blog a bit more ya?
phew...this week's been pretty tiring, and at the same time, a pain in the ass. i feel that sometimes, people get shot for the wrong reasons, get hurt for tiny issues, and inevitably their spirits go lower. i cannot help that, i'm just a small person in the world ya? but one person can indeed make a big difference to someone's live. trying to keep people alive is one of the most important things people can do, by providing them a bit of joy and motivation, and by guiding them along the darkest hours. it's not hard to imagine (i'm not advertising for samsung here haha), any small action that you do to people have an impact on their lives. a smile might brighten people's days, maybe an sms to wish them well for the day will let them know that you care...it's simple things that we can do to appreciate them and let them know that, yes, that's what we're living for, for the people around us who do care, and for the many others who require our caring as well. love people for who they are...it's the only thing that keeps us going, and that's what makes us emotional humans.
anyway, the weekend was another well spent one...thanks to the maldives gang, whom i tink has kept me going for so long, because the motivation that comes from it is hmmm...it's hard to describe, but you know that they are always there to push you on. dropped by kbox in the morn for some shouting n' screaming to release our frustrations (at the same time finding hidden talents, eh jiacheng? haha!) o ya, the company was great...jiacheng, melvin, zhimin, ruth, christine. was pretty fun lar, i know i can sing, but it's just the quality issue lar. it's like a screwed up speaker or something like tt haha, i know some people who nearly put down the phone when i do, so well, it speaks for itself. but ya, when singing is not the point but saying the wrong words is, it's weird...i mean people sing stuff which are not supposed to sung and it sounds like something else, then everyone laughs...pretty funny moments lar. after that, the gals, being their "ah lian" selves (oops! haha kidding lar), asked us to join them at the arcade...competing with them on daytona was pretty hilarious. but foosball was even better...叔叔有练过的哦 haha...
after that, the other guys left and then we 3 headed on to delifrance for supposedly tea break but "someone" was too hungry and was giving us the killer look...haha. so after we popped in, the posters were waah...mouthwatering seafood baked rice, and that someone just ordered it. while me and someone else settled for the waffles and our "tai-tai" coffee. besides, what more can someone ask for, chatting over a cup of coffee is always the best form of relaxation. in the end,
ruth and i finished our coffee (oops! so that "someone" was...hmmm tricky eh? haha) before the baked rice even came, and then we continued to tempt her with our thoughts on going overseas, our backpacking trips, and what we thought about our 理想情人...still a bit young to think, but ya, it's just good to hold on to that feeling ya? when the baked rice finally came, we woah-ed...it smelled so darn good, and judging by K-lunch's small portion we were pretty hungry den, so in the end we ended up diggin into her rice as well...thanks for giving me face hor! haha...we ended up making funny faces and the other two playing with their...nvm you should've seen the shock on my face when they did that lar! haha dun wanna 破坏 your 形象 ma...haha! and a lotta things in between...but the company was very good and i tink they asked me a very important question, which i actually answered "yes" without thinking much...i think my stand's pretty clear now ain't it? haha thanks again ya?
sun was the celebration of my dear cousin zhiyeu's birthday...my mahjong bro, my guitar bro, my talking cock bro and also my liquor bro! miss all our moments ya? bet you wouldn't beg to differ too aye yisin? so we had our dinner at this nice place in farmart (it's at cck if you guys are wondering, there's a feeder bus from the interchange there) called Austwine. it's basically an aussie restaurant with a wine room inside. so the specialty dish over there is the (made famous in germany) pork knuckles, which really...if you're wondering, is bigger than your face. no, i'm not saying that your face is small, but this thing is HUMONGOUS! seriously...but aniwaes, it's a pretty nice dish lar, memories of switzerland coming back ya? so after the food and the laughter, i tink the part i miss most is the company, when we sit together as a family and eat together. even tho sometimes we do get angry at one another, we still will resolve it in the end and yep, we're still a happy family! happy 21st ya? hope you take your singing to the next level with the mic!
i know i promised to upload to photos, but there are so many to upload tt i'm planning to use imagestation, but the server's down! ahhhh! nvm lar...see how next week ya? till then, stay healthy and be cool...lame slogan but i'll use it anyways. see life as a positive part of the cycle of time, if you don't give yourself a chance to see it positively, who will? take care everyone!
